At such a time, you have to explain to your client and have a build a bonding with them. Only then someone will listen to you and stay motivated. All this is a process which makes you successful in the long run. On feeling motivated, your clients become your PR and become a source of your earning. Your salary increases with the type of clients you become successful in training.

As you become experienced and known for your work, your salary will increase with time. There are some people who earn 1-2 lakhs monthly, if you are a better fitness trainer, you can even charge every hour up to 2000-4000 per hour. Apart from this, you can be hired by gyms and fitness clubs as a fitness trainer or personal trainer depending upon your upgrades and certification. Here also you can earn well. Keep in mind that like all other professions, fitness training is a profession and here, there is a bottom-line but no limits of heights which you can achieve, once you have got the knack of this profession and a number of successful clientele.
